We offer you at an exceptional price a complete kit containing the basic materials essential for starting fly tying.

Given the current boom in nymph fishing with line, the kit includes everything you need to make dry flies, emergers and also nymphs, particularly ball flies.

Mounting materials

The kit includes the following materials:

- 1 brown Indian rooster neck : this good quality Indian rooster neck will provide you with numerous feathers of all sizes including for small 18 hooks.

- CDC feather assortment : 2 bags of approximately 45/50 feathers in 2 common colors. High quality French CDC.

- 1 pheasant tail feather

- 1 set of peacock herls or 1 peacock eye

- 1 complete hare mask with ears

- 1 portion of deer skin

- 1 bag of duck flank or breast feathers

- 1 hare dubbing combo: 8 most used colors in a plastic box

- 1 mounting wire combo: in the 5 most used colors (black, brown, yellow, olive, red)

- set of barbless hooks : for dry flies in H16 (x25), H14 (x25), H12 (x25) and for nymphs/drowned flies in H14 (x25).

- 1 Tinsel : a gold/silver spool (double fcae)

- 1 Ballast wire : a spool of ballast wire (leaded or lead-free depending on availability)

- 1 Copper wire : a spool of fine copper wire

- Tungsten balls: 1 bag of 25 copper or gold balls 2.4mm and 1 bag of 25 silver balls 2.8mm.

- 1 bottle of varnish

- 1 tube of pitch

This kit will allow you to tie the following classic flies, which are generally included in the "beginners" program of clubs: spiders, palmers, wing flies, hare's ear, pheasant tail nymph, march brown, peute, sedge, CDC emergers, golden helmet nymph, etc.
