Floating lines are most common for dry fly , wet or nymph fishing near the surface.

Lines with a DT " Double tapper " profile are less widespread than WF profiles today despite their great interest for technical casting on the river and access to difficult positions.

Their greater weight than the WF after the first 9 meters facilitates medium throws without false throws as well as putts . It is therefore a line to try as soon as you progress in casting.

The line is offered in weights of 5 which is suitable for many types of fishing as well as 4 and 3 for fine fishing in dry or nymph or in fast waters under the rod.

Due to the DT profile, the line may be suitable for a rod with a heavier number (DT5 line on a #6 rod) or on a rod with the same number as the line (#5) which is a bit powerful.
