Delivery rates

This page indicates our delivery rates for your information before purchase.

Despite the care we take in updating the site and its consistency, these prices may sometimes have small differences with those indicated during the ordering and payment process, which are the only contractual prices according to our GCS.

The weights indicated are those of the total order calculated from the values ​​of each product sheet which are not necessarily the exact weight of the products sent.

We only offer shipments with tracking and most often with signature or identity verification upon delivery of the package to minimize problems in the event of loss during transport and allow you an easy replacement or refund. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipment.

Any delay in delivery must be notified to us by email as soon as possible and at the latest within 2 days of the provisional delivery date indicated in the carrier's follow-up. Damaged packages must be subject to reservations with the carrier if possible and reported to us immediately.

Orders of flies alone are subject to special pricing related to the nature of the product (low weight, fragility and high value).

The price offered during an order seems abnormally high to you? Do not hesitate to contact us before ordering, we will be able in certain cases to offer you a lower price which cannot be offered by the algorithms of the site in an automated way (in particular for mixed orders flies + other products where the shipping costs are cumulated).

1 Metropolitan France

Delivery to a relay point is free for all orders (excluding flies) over 110 euros (Mondial Relay) or 130 euros (Relais Colis)
