This page provides our typical delivery rates for informational purposes only. The rates indicated during the ordering and payment process on the website are the only contractual rates according to our General Terms and Conditions and may be higher depending on the exact characteristics of your order.
Does the price offered when placing an order seem high? Don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order; in some cases, we may be able to offer you a lower price that cannot be automatically offered by the site.
The weights indicated are those of the total order calculated from the values on each product sheet which are not necessarily the exact weight of the products sent.
We only offer tracked shipping, and most often require a signature or identity verification upon delivery to minimize the hassle of lost items in transit and allow for easy replacement or refund. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipment.
Any abnormal delay in delivery must be reported to us by email as soon as possible and at the latest within 2 days following the expected delivery date indicated in the carrier's tracking. Damaged packages must be noted with the carrier if possible and reported to us immediately.
