This rod is designed for discovering predator fly fishing . Its standard length of 9 feet (2m70), is the most versatile for beginners.

The rod has a moderate progressive action and therefore is less demanding on casting timing than a fast rod and also more pleasant in weight 8.

This rod is well suited as basic equipment for pike fishing with sufficient power to cast large streamers or a diving line .
