Maxima Chameleon tapered leaders ( rat tail ) are knotless and abrasion resistant.

It is made up of a combination of Chameleon (matt brown) thread at the butt, providing the controlled stiffness needed for casting, and Ultragreen (green) flexible thread at the tip to allow the fly to move naturally. With its matt finish, it absorbs light rather than reflecting it, making it invisible to fish.

We offer this Maxima leader in 2m25 (7.5 feet) for fishing in fast waters : its short length will allow you to have a little line out even when you are fishing very close, "under the rod". It is also suitable for fishing in streams and small congested rivers with short rods.
