A lightweight and high-performance Tenkara rod
This 3.04m (10 feet) Tenkara rod is ideal for practicing Tenkara in small rivers and for beginners who will appreciate the lightness (89g) and maneuverability of the rod.
Its IM8/30 ton carbon blank is efficient and robust.
The rod has a 7:3 action (7 stiff sections, 3 softer sections) with a carbon that is not too stiff: it is precise while maintaining the pleasure of a certain flexibility. It will support both dry fly and nymph fishing.
The rotating lilian keeps a straight line and limits line tangles.
The long handle (30cm) in AAA cork allows you to adjust your grip as needed.
The rod comes with a fabric case and in a luxurious carbon protective tube with a screw-on aluminum tip ensuring perfect protection.
WARNING: In the absence of a reel, Tenkara fishing is suitable for medium-sized fish, especially for beginners. It is advisable to always fish with a fine tip 8 to 12/100 maximum to protect the tip which is extremely thin and flexible.
