Since the rod is fixed vertically, you avoid problems with current drag or even breakage against obstacles encountered with other designs. It can also be used with a belt rod holder for maximum safety and freedom.

Support supplied with a 50cm extendable service button with clip attachment to the vest or chest pack. (Note: for long/heavy rods, the service button spring may be too weak; in this case replace the button with a simple cord).
