- A MAXCATCH ELEGANT 9-foot fly rod, line 5: This very robust 100% IM6 carbon (24t) rod has a smooth progressive action and is suitable for discovering fly fishing and quickly progressing in fly casting in the best conditions. Its standard length of 9' and its power of #5 are the most versatile for fishing in rivers or lakes. Weight 111g.
The construction is of high quality with an A+ Portuguese cork handle, CNC machined aluminum reel seat with double clamping ring , ceramic starting rings , hard chrome serpentine guides and even a very practical fly keeper . Cane delivered in a hard cordura case.
- a Maxcatch ECO # 5/6 (159g) rainbow aluminum reel : This carefully crafted reel is beautifully matched in its 'rainbow' finish to the rod in this kit. Comes with a neoprene case
- a pink Maxcatch WF5 line (matching look and very good visibility, useful for learning to cast )
