We offer you an excellent beginners set that can accompany you for a long time in your progress and the diversification of types of fishing (rivers, reservoir/lake,). It is composed of:

- a BEGINNER 9' silk 5/6 rod : This rod is designed for the discovery of fly fishing and rapid progress in fly casting in the best conditions. Its standard length of 9 feet (2m70) and its weight of #5 or #6 are the most versatile if you only have one rod. The rod action is slow and therefore less demanding on casting timing than a fast action rod, which is perfect for learning. The action is not parabolic but of progressive action which avoids an excessive flexibility which would quickly limit the progression.

This rod is very pleasant and has nothing to envy in performance and quality to those of beginner kits from certain major brands.

The rod is delivered in its rigid Cordura tube with pocket for mounted reel.

- an MM1 5/6 aluminum reel : This reel offers you quality aluminum manufacturing for a very competitive price. Its 56mm mid harbor spool will avoid damaging your fly line permanently on the reel. Its one-way teflon brake is a safe bet. Aluminum or black color depending on availability.

- a WF6 or WF5 line: to start casting, a WF #6 line is recommended in order to facilitate the acquisition of the sensations necessary for a good cast, which requires a sufficient line weight (optional WF5 line possible )

- a 2m70 rat tail nylon leader : the standard in this area

- a spool of 14/100 (5X) line: to replace your leader tip regularly

- a fly box : filled with 8 selected good quality flies
